The 'My Cases & Support' workspace in the new Volume Licensing Central tool is accessible to all the active CLT users. The Call Logging Tool is scheduled to be retired on 17 Feb'23. We encourage all users to use the new & enhanced My cases & support workspace for raising a support ticket. If you do not have access to Volume Licensing Central, please contact your organizations admin. If your admin do not have access, request them to create a CLT ticket. Click here for more details.
